The Extra Virgin Olive Oil San Savino is made by different varieties of olives that are Frantoio, Correggiolo, Leccino and Moraiolo. The type of harvest is manual and it takes place between the end of October and the beginning of November and the oil extraction is strictly carried out cold within 24 hours from harvest. It is bottled when still rough and it stands for its density, colour and pleasant fruity aroma. The acidity level at the origin does not go over 0,3% Its deep taste makes it perfect on several mediterranean dishes, such as legumes soup, vegetables and red and white meat and fish.
